INDIVIDUAL ONLINE COACH MENTORING

If you are a coach and need support in any aspect of your coaching profession, but you are not sure where to reach for help, this offer is for you.

Coaching can be a lonely profession. You are expected to have all the answers, stay composed under pressure, develop your athletes, manage relationships, navigate politics, and somehow keep growing yourself at the same time. But who supports the coach? Who helps you work through the challenges that keep you up at night?

That is where this mentoring program comes in.

HOW THIS OFFER DEVELOPED

Originally, the idea for this offer developed spontaneously. I started receiving requests from goalkeeper coaches who needed help in different segments of their coaching work. Some wanted guidance on technique progressions. Others needed help structuring their training sessions. Many were struggling with challenges that had nothing to do with technique at all, things like communication with players, managing expectations, dealing with difficult club situations, or simply feeling stuck in their development.

I realized that what these coaches needed was not another course or video. They needed someone to talk to. Someone who understood the profession from the inside. Someone who could listen, ask the right questions, and help them find their own solutions.

Today, I work not only with goalkeeper coaches, but also with team coaches and coaches from different sports entirely. The principles of good coaching, clear communication, athlete development, and personal growth, transfer across disciplines.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This mentoring is designed for coaches who:

Feel stuck in their development You have been coaching for a while, but something feels off. You are not sure what the next step is, or how to get to the next level. You need fresh perspective from someone outside your immediate environment.

Want to improve specific aspects of their coaching Maybe it is how you communicate with athletes. Maybe it is how you structure training sessions. Maybe it is how you handle pressure during competitions. We can work on targeted areas based on your needs.

Are new to coaching and need guidance You have the passion, but you lack experience. You want to avoid common mistakes and build good habits from the start. Having a mentor accelerates your learning curve significantly.

Need support during difficult transitions New job, new club, new team, new country. Transitions are hard. Having someone to process challenges with makes a real difference.

Struggle with the mental and emotional demands of coaching Coaching is emotionally demanding work. Burnout, frustration, self-doubt, difficult relationships with players or management. These are real challenges that deserve real attention.

Want accountability and structure for their growth It is easy to get lost in the daily demands of coaching and forget about your own development. Regular mentoring sessions create space for reflection and keep you moving forward.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1: Initial Conversation We start with an introductory conversation where you tell me about your situation, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve. This helps me understand if and how I can help you.

Step 2: Customized Approach Based on our initial conversation, we agree on a structure that fits your needs. This might be regular sessions (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), or it might be a shorter-term engagement focused on a specific challenge.

Step 3: Ongoing Sessions We meet via video call at agreed intervals. Each session is a space for you to reflect, discuss challenges, explore solutions, and plan next steps. I bring questions, perspective, and honest feedback. You bring openness and commitment to your own growth.

Step 4: Between Sessions Depending on our agreement, I may provide resources, exercises, or feedback between sessions. You take action on what we discuss and bring your experiences back to our next conversation.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

This mentoring works best for coaches who:

  • Are willing to be honest about their challenges
  • Take responsibility for their own growth
  • Follow through on commitments between sessions
  • Are open to new perspectives and feedback
  • Value long-term development over quick fixes
