Terms and Conditions for Video Courses and Online Coaching

These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of video courses and online coaching services from Vanja Radic Coaching.

By purchasing any video course or online coaching service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase any products or services.

1. Products and Services

Vanja Radic Coaching offers the following products and services:

  • Self-paced video courses (Level 1, Level 2, Sliding Technique, Agility Ladder Drills)
  • Individual online goalkeeper coaching
  • Individual online coach mentoring
  • Personalized technique breakdowns

Each product or service has its own description and pricing available on the Website. Please review the specific details before purchasing.

2. Purchase and Payment

Payment Methods

To complete a purchase, you may pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment services. Vanja Radic Coaching does not store your payment card details. Payment security is managed entirely by the payment processor.

Your Confirmation

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use the selected payment method
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement

Order Acceptance

Vanja Radic Coaching reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product or service unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

If fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected, the order may be cancelled and reported to relevant authorities.

3. Access to Video Courses

After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive access to the video course content. All video courses are self-paced, meaning you can watch the content at your own convenience.

Access includes:

  • Pre-recorded video sessions
  • Any PDF materials or resources included with the course
  • Access to the private Facebook community (where applicable)

Access to video courses is granted for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials or access with others is prohibited.

4. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

This section is extremely important. Please read it carefully.

Physical Activity Risks

The video courses and coaching services provided by Vanja Radic Coaching involve physical exercises and athletic activities. You acknowledge that:

  • Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury
  • You participate in all activities at your own risk
  • You are responsible for your own health and safety, and where applicable, the health and safety of your athletes

Your Responsibility

Before participating in any exercises, you confirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally fit to engage in the suggested activities
  • You have consulted a medical professional if you have any existing injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns
  • You accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained during or after participation

Medical Conditions

If you have any pre-existing health conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Bone, joint, or back problems
  • High or low blood pressure
  • Recent surgery or injury
  • Diabetes or other metabolic conditions
  • Heart conditions or chest pain during exercise
  • Shortness of breath, dizziness, or loss of consciousness
  • Epilepsy or other neurological conditions
  • Cancer or other serious illness

You must obtain medical clearance before participating in any exercises included in the video courses or coaching programs.

Stop If You Experience Pain

If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms while performing any exercises, stop immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

Vanja Radic Coaching is not liable for:

  • Any injury or damage to you, your goalkeepers, your athletes, or personal property
  • Physical, medical, or psychiatric conditions developing during or after participation
  • Any events beyond reasonable control

By purchasing and using these products and services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

5. No Guarantees of Results

Vanja Radic Coaching provides educational content and coaching to help you improve your skills. However, results depend on many factors that are unique to you, including your dedication, effort, existing skills, and how you apply what you learn.

Vanja Radic Coaching does not guarantee:

  • Specific performance improvements
  • Career advancement or professional success
  • Any particular outcome from using the products or services

Your success is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Ownership

All video content, PDF materials, and other resources provided as part of video courses and online coaching programs are the intellectual property of Vanja Radic Coaching and are protected by copyright law.

Your License

By purchasing a video course or coaching service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal educational purposes only.

Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials in any form
  • Upload course content to any website or platform
  • Share your login credentials or course access with others
  • Use course materials for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Record, screenshot, or copy video content

Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your access
  • Legal action to protect intellectual property rights

This protects the integrity of the programs and respects the work invested in creating these resources.

7. Photography and Videography

By participating in online coaching programs, group calls, in-person events, or other interactions with Vanja Radic Coaching (including email, social media, or messaging), you grant Vanja Radic Coaching permission to use any photography or videography captured during these interactions for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be included in any photography or videography, please notify Vanja Radic Coaching in advance. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of video courses, all sales are final once access to course materials has been provided.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, please contact vanjaradiccoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Vanja Radic Coaching will work to resolve any technical issues.

9. Communication

By purchasing a product or service, you consent to receive:

  • Transactional emails related to your purchase
  • Access information and course updates
  • Occasional announcements about new products or services

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting vanjaradiccoaching@gmail.com.

Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated terms are posted. Your continued use of products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vanja Radic Coaching regarding your purchase and use of video courses and online coaching services.
