TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ONLINE GROUP COACHING AND VIDEO COURSES

By purchasing an online group coaching program with Vanja Radic Coaching, you are taking part in one of my online group coaching programs and agreeing to the policies stated in these terms and conditions.
Please take the time to understand the terms and conditions detailed below prior to working with Vanja Radic Coaching.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE GROUP COACHING PROGRAM OR VIDEO COURSE ORGANIZED BY VANJA RADIC COACHING
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your place in the online group coaching program right after you have booked, all cancellations must be received in writing and the following refund policy will apply:
Once your booking is confirmed for any of my online group coaching programs, you have 24hrs to cancel and obtain a full refund. (I must be notified via email during this time.) The cancellations and refund does not apply for my video courses.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR REFUND
No refund will be provided if you do not participate in the the group online coaching program for any other reason, but for a medical injury or some serious sickness that would keep you unable to attend live sessions, for which you need to inform us via email and you need to provide a confirmation written by a doctor. In this case, you will be eligible to keep your place in our first next group coaching program with same topics and we would move your payment towards that next virtual happening.
PURCHASES
To effectuate a purchase, you will be asked to either supply your credit card number, expiration date, CCV, and billing address, or to make a direct bank deposit to a bank number, or through the PayPal.
All payments shall be processed immediately through a third party service. Vanja Radic Coaching is not responsible for the retention or safety of your billing information that is collected by the third party service.
You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (b) the information you supply to Vanja Radic Coaching is true, correct and complete.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.
I have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected, I have the right to contact law enforcement to report the above actions and to provide your information.
INTERNET ISSUES, POWER CUTS OR FORCE MAJOR DISRUPTION
If the online group coaching cannot stream live for whatever reason, I will work as fast as possible to rectify the situation if it is within my control. Should there be a major disruption, I shall either record the live classes (and I will ensure you can have access to those on some other day), or we shall rebook you for live coaching for some other day on which we will mutually agree. There will be no refunds issued in full or in part or compensation given should there be any technical issues that interrupt with the live streaming.
YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING
The participant recognizes that there is a small risk involved in the types of activities offered. Therefore the participant accepts financial responsibility for any injury that the participant may cause either to him/her, or to any other participant due to his/her negligence. In case of any doubt please consult a doctor before commencing physical activity during the online group coaching live sessions.
HEALTH RESTRICTIONS
If you have any physical injuries, aliments or diseases, you must seek medical approval confirming your physical and mental fitness to take part in this online group coaching. If during any of the physical exercises or virtual sessions you feel any pain whatsoever, you should stop participating immediately and seek medical advise if needed. Vanja Radic Coaching is not liable in anyway for any injuries or ill health that might be sustained or experienced during the online group coaching.
EXCLUSIONS
All information provided on this website and any written and verbal form of correspondence is correct at the time of publication. However, due to technical issues, weather conditions, or extreme, unpredictable happenings, some activities or the live sessions may be changed or removed from the original plan.
VANJA RADIC COACHING WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR:
Any of the above events, or others beyond my control.
Injury, or damage (to you) or your personal property.
Physical, medical or psychiatric conditions developing during or after your participation in the online group coaching.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I state that I wish to participate in the online group coaching and all the activities, which could include but are not limited to: physical exercise and movement. I realize that my participation involves a small risk of injury and even the possibility of death in some extreme cases. Furthermore, I confirm that I am voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise and Vanja Radic and Vanja Radic Coaching are not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred whilst on the live sessions of online group coaching and video courses, or afterwards.
If I suffer with any health conditions including but not limited to the following conditions stated below, I confirm that I have either consulted with a doctor before participating in physical activity, live sessions of the group online coaching, or following the video course, or I am accepting full responsibility for my own health and I acknowledge the risk involved.
Bone or joint or back problem/pain; high or low blood pressure; surgery or recent injury; diabetes or any other metabolic disease; raised cholesterol; heart condition; cancer; pain in your chest when you do physical exercise or movement; unusual shortness of breath at rest or with mild exertion; spells of severe dizziness or have lost consciousness; epilepsy; angina.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
Any photography/videography from the online group coaching program Vanja Radic Coaching will be granted for use for Vanja Radic Coaching marketing and promotional purposes on a royalty-free basis. If you would like to be excluded from photography/videography during the event, please let me know ahead of time and I will do my best to accommodate you.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that is collected about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of the experience, or to send you marketing material in relation to events and special offers of Vanja Radic Coaching. The information may be disclosed to Vanja Radic Coaching’s agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to operate the experience.

UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Vanja Radic Coaching reserves the right to update and/or alter these Terms & Conditions at any time. Current information can always be found on www.vanjaradic.fi/terms-and-conditions-online-group-coaching and any updates and/or changes will supersede any previous versions.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are doing so on behalf of yourself and any other parties included in your booking.
