High save reaction from kneeling squat jump


This is one of the more advanced exercises in progression when working on high save reactions, with a greater focus on leg muscles power.

Please take care that your goalkeeper is able to perform properly kneeling squat jump first, and then you can proceed to doing the whole exercise!
