Footwork over the flat cones

In this video you can see 5 different exercises / ideas for the footwork over the 3 flat cones in a line.

You can use this set of exercises in the beginning of your workout. 

You can also add or change them and come up with some other ones. This is very simple and easy way to add a few minutes of a very important aspect of goalkeeper training – footwork.
