I hope you had a chance until now to master the simple version of these cognitive jumps (to see the first, simple version of these jumps, please follow this link).

To remind you, here is the explanation of Version 1 of these jumps: The pattern of jumps is: left leg, right leg, both legs. Meaning that you should first jump off from both legs over the line and land on left leg, then jump off from left leg over the line and land on right leg and then jump off from right leg over the line and land with both legs.

From here you will continue by jumping off from both legs over the line and landing on right leg, then jumping off from right leg over the line and landing on left leg and jumping off from left leg over the line and landing on both legs.

Try to connect all jumps into the flow, without taking pause after landing on both legs.

In the next video you can find two next progressions of the same exercise.

In the first option of jumps in this video, you need to clap with your hands in front of your body for every jump in the same rhythm with jumps.

In the second option of jumps in this video, you need to separate what you do with your legs and what you do with your hands.

So basically, while doing previously explained cognitive jump over the line, you need to get fast rhythm of clapping with hands and to alternate one clap in front of your body, next clap behind your body.

Both options of jumps from this video can be done sideways or forward/backwards.

You need to do the jumps first time slowly and then you can increase the speed.
